Doing Cindy In My Hotel
Things got pretty hot an sweaty- Ai??but I swear itai??i??s not what you think 😜.
So Iai??i??m in San Diego for a few days at a fitness conference and that means no access to my beloved gym for a few days
That can be an issue because you never know what the hotel gym will be like (most are just full of ellipticals and treadmills and not much else), if there even is one. Ai??
So what we really need it a highly effective workout that we can do almost anywhere with little or no equipment. Ai??One that does not take much time and yet will boost our metabolism for up to 48hrs.

So what do we do???
Well in the past I introduced you to http://www.thaitoeng.com/87492.html Sally, but today my go-to girl is Cindy.
ai???Cindyai??? is a workout that comes to us form the CrossFit world and can be done almost anywhere (even right in your hotel room with the modification below)
It is *seemingly* very simple workout and only takes 20 minutes. Ai??
Here it is:
Cindy:
20 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
Just set a timer for 20 minutes and hammer out as many rounds as you can. Thatai??i??s it.
So fortunately for me the (crappy) hotel gym did have a pull up bar which is all I really needed. Ai??So I knocked out Cindy in 20 minutes, did not set any world records by any means but it was the prefect way to jumpstart my metabolism for them next few days (because who knows when I can get back in there.)
I know what youai??i??re thinking – ai???But Josh, I canai??i??t do pull ups!ai???Ai??
