It never fails.  I always have a client tell me they “blew it” over the weekend. One told me she had a “bunch of guacamole.”

I told her– “That’s not so bad, Guacamole is full of healthy fats.”

“Yeah, but I chased it down with a ton of chips and a few gallons of beer.”

Oh. Never mind then…
