My name is John and I’m a father of three. I’m not a paid spokesman. I’m just a normal guy that found a program that works! I’ve trained at other private gyms, mainstream health clubs, and tried the Atkins Diet, Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers too, with NO long-term success!
Last year, I was overweight, unhappy, and not proud of the way I was living and the way I was abusing my body with food! On June 1, 2009I weighed 211 pounds and was 45% body fat! My waist size was 44 inches. I had high blood pressure, was tired all the time, and was a likely candidate for a heart attack!

I didn’t stop there… On October 1st, 2009 I weighed in at 157 pounds and was only 10% body fat! That’s 54 pounds of fat gone!
By the way, my waist size is now 31 inches and I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER! I used to drag all the time, and used my busy life and my three kids as an excuse for why I was so tired! Well now, I have more energy, and I feel better today, than I did when I was 22 years old! I saw a sign in my child’s school that really made me think… It said, ‘If not today, when?’
