My name is John and I'm a father of three. I'm not a paid spokesman. I'm just a normal guy that found a program that works! I've trained at other private gyms, mainstream health clubs, and tried the Atkins Diet, Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers too, with NO long-term success!

People are definitely starting to notice. Noticing my change, my shape, and my passion. They ask what I am doing, I say working hard and I got a trainer to get me going - if you are ready to do the work IT WORKS! I was not interested in the local diet place in the strip mall and no thanks if I want to follow the food pyramid I can find that on the back of a box of cheerios. I wanted cutting edge training.

So I think we can agree that if time were unlimited, life would be a lot simpler. I have often thought that if I just didn't need to sleep I would have time for everything I needed to do. But that theory is flawed, because as my wife can attest when I go without sleep I turn into an insufferable jerk. FYI - the same thing happens if I don't eat :)

So when it hit me that time was the problem I had an "Ah ha!" moment.
Time was not only the problem, it was in fact the solution!

Since time is such a precious commodity, what if I took 60 minutes worth of fitness and fat loss personal training and crammed it into 30 minutes?
